Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Armed, J&K, AK Choudhary on Monday decorated Balwant R Bhagat and Rayaz Tantray with rank of Superintendent of Police during a pipping ceremony held at Armed Police Headquarters here.
On the occasion, IGP AP/IR Jammu, DaneshRana and DIG, AP, Jammu, Amit Kumar joined the ADGP in decorating the newlypromoted officers with the ranks. Bhagat (DySP ) was presently posted as staffofficer to DIG Armed, Jammu. He has now been posted as Additional SP, CID, CIRajouri.
Tantray, presently posted as DySP inIRP-8th Battalion and attached with civil secretariat has now been transferredto IRP 16th Battalion as Deputy Commandant.
