Congress-NC alliance result of frustration: Kavinder Gupta

Former deputy chief minister and senior BJP leader, KavinderGupta on Sunday said that Congress and National Conference alliance is theresult of political frustration.

Gupta said this while campaigning for Jugal Kishore Sharma,the BJP’s Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary constituency candidate, at Bahu, Satwariand Rajiv Nagar areas of the Gandhi Nagar Legislative Assembly constituency.

   

As per the release, at Satwari, many social workers joinedBJP. Addressing the gathering, Kavinder Gupta welcomed the new entrants intothe BJP fold and termed them as assets to the organization.

“BJP is not a place for fulfilling personal ambitions. Forus, politics is a medium of social service. Apart from government, everyindividual should make contribution for social cause. A political worker can dothis in a better way,” Gupta stated while addressing the new entrants into theparty fold.

He highlighted various developmental works executed duringhis tenure as MLA from Gandhi Nagar and by Jugal Kishore Sharma as MP fromJammu-Poonch Lok Sabha constituency.

“The workers in BJP are backbone to the party and everyworker has a different role to play,” Gupta said.

He cautioned the general public against the “propaganda” ofthe rival parties during election days.

He termed the alliance of Congress and NC on twoParliamentary seats of Jammu division as a step taken out of frustration due to”Modi phobia” and said that they have no issue to face the public.

Kavinder asked public to vote for the BJP candidate, JugalKishore Sharma, in the forthcoming Parliamentary polls.
