Health and Medical Education Department has assigned charge of Medical Superintendent (MS) JLNM Srinagar to Dr RD Kasana.
As per the order issued by Additional Secretary, Health andMedical Education Department, Rajeshwar Singh Charak, Incharge AssistantDirector, Directorate of Health Services, Kashmir, Dr RD Kasana shall lookafter the charge of Medical Superintendent, JLNM, Health Service Srinagar inaddition to his own duties with effect from April 1, 2020.
He will take over charge after the retirement of Incharge MedicalSuperintendent, JLNM Hospital Srinagar, Dr Zakir Hussain Khan on March 31,2020, till further order.The above arrangement is purely made ontemporary bases and subject to the outcome of writ petitions, if any, pendingbefore the court of law and shall not confer any right upon the officer toclaim preferential treatment at the time of regularization or promotion whichshall be made strictly in according with the rules.
