Finance Department today accorded sanction for the implementation of IT enabled electronic payment framework known as ‘JKPaySys’ in all the treasuries of Jammu and Kashmir from April 15, 2020.
Financial Commissioner Dr Arun Kumar Mehta in his order saidthat all Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) shall furnish e-bills totreasuries along with all the pre-requisites and documents manded as per thetreasury code and payments shall be made through online system only.
