The Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday sanctioned the release of selection grade (non-functional) to 10 Jammu and Kashmir administrative officers.

An order issued from the office of commissioner secretary to government, Hilal Ahmad, read, “In terms of non-functional (monetary) scheme (NFS), notified vide SRO-198, sanction is hereby accorded to the release of selection grade (Non-functional) of Rs 15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs 7600 (pre-revised) of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service in favour of 10 officers, with effect from the dates indicated.”

As per the order, the ten officers include Vipan Kumari, Tilak Raj Sharma, Dr Raj Kumar Thapa, Trishla Kumari, Naresh Kumar, Ghan Shyam Singh, Ranjeet Singh, Syed Hanief Balkhi, Pardeep Singh, Sajid Yehaya Naqash and Natasha Kalsotra.

“The order shall be without prejudice to the seniority of the officers or any review upon the finalization of the seniority of the officers of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service and subject to outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending before the competent court(s) of law,” the order further states.
