Governor Satya Pal Malik has conveyed his greetings to people on the auspicious occasion of Navratras and Navreh, and prayed for their well-being and prosperity.
In his message, Governor observed that the Navratras have aspecial importance for the lakhs of pilgrims who visit the Holy Cave Shrine ofShri Mata Vaishno Deviji during this holy period to seek blessings of thegoddess.
The Governor has extended warm greetings to all KashmiriPandits who celebrate this auspicious day as Navreh, the beginning of the NewYear and the onset of Spring. He prayed that this propitious occasion will becomethe harbinger of harmony, brotherhood, amity, peace, progress and prosperity inthe State.
