Governor Satya Pal Malik has expressed grief over the loss of precious lives in the snow avalanche at Jawahar tunnel.
An avalanche had struck a police post at the Jawahar tunnel last evening.
In his message, the governor has prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls and strength to the bereaved families.

Meanwhile, Governor’s advisor K Vijay Kumar has also expressed grief over the loss of lives in the snow avalanche at the Jawahar tunnel.
In a condolence message, the advisor while expressing solidarity with the bereaved families, prayed for peace to departed souls and strength to the members of their families to bear this irreparable loss.
