Jammu and Kashmir directed all the Administrative secretaries and head of the departments to remain available at their headquarters and enhance use of technology like video conferencing, telecom etc.
As per a circular, to economize time of officers/officialsand to curtail the avoidable Government expenditure, it is reiterated that thereview meetings to be convened from the state Capital (Headquarters) willessentially be attended by the concerned officers/officials as are stationedaway from the State Headquarters or in any other division through VideoConference
Such officers can also join the review meetings throughDivisional Commissioners/Deputy Commissioners concerned in the event the latterare participants to these meetings or can use the Video Conference facilityavailable with their respective Divisional CommissionerslDeputy Commissioners.
