Jammu and Kashmir government ordered modifications in Governing Body of the Corporations, Boards, Agencies etc.
As per General Clauses (Amendment) Act, 2018, the word’Minister’ includes ‘Advisor to the Governor’.
Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that the Advisor in-chargeof the Department shall be the Chairman of the Governing Body Board ofDirectors of the Corporations,Boards, Agencies etc. where Minister in-chargehappens to be the Chairman in terms of bye laws of saidCorporations/Boards/Agencies.
