Govt transfers, posts 5 KAS officers

The Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday transferred and posted five Kashmir administrative services (KAS) officers.

According to an order issued by the general administration department, Kusum Badyal, special secretary, higher education department, has been transferred and posted as additional registrar, cooperative, Jammu.

   

Tanveer Iqbal Malik, additional registrar, cooperative, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as additional district development commissioner, Jammu.

Mohammad Nazir Sheikh, director, panchayati raj, J&K, under orders of transfer as additional district development commissioner, Jammu, shall continue as director, panchayati raj, J&K.

Puneet Sharma, deputy excise commissioner (distilleries), Jammu, has been transferred and posted as deputy commissioner, state taxes, enforcement (Samba), Jammu. He shall also hold the charge of the post of deputy commissioner, state taxes, enforcement (North), Jammu, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Pankaj Kumar Sharma, under orders of transfer as additional secretary, school education department, has been posted as deputy excise commissioner (distilleries), Jammu.
