The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has asked the registrar rules Bala Jyoti and trainee judicial officers (JOs) to participate in three days training programme on “Sensitizing Judges on Family Court Matters” scheduled to be held on April 6, 7 and 8 at J&K State Judicial Academy, Srinagar.
The nominated officers shall report in the J&K, StateJudicial Academy at 9 am on April 6, said an order issued by registrar generalSanjay Dhar.
Further, the order said that Mehmood Ahmad Chowdhary, 3rdadditional D&SJ, Srinagar, Adan Syed, secretary, DLSA, Srinagar and ParvinPandoh, special mobile magistrate, Baramulla are exempted from attending thetraining programme.
