The Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday transferred and posted Mohammad Mumtaz Ali as additional secretary, school education department.
An order, issued from the general administration department, reads, “In the interest of administration, Mohammad Mumtaz Ali, additional secretary to the government, housing and urban development department, has been transferred and posted as additional secretary to the government, school education department, with immediate effect.”
