The Pradesh Mahila Congress today staged a protest demonstration at Press Club, Jammu against “disrespect” of women in BJP.
The women Congress activists led by Indu Pawar, president, Pradesh Mahila Congress J&K, demanded impartial inquiry about the charges leveled by Priya Jaral, a mahila leader of the BJP about disrespect of women by BJP leaders.
Pertinently, the BJP’s women leader, Priya Jaral had alleged that women are disrespected in the BJP.
The BJP talks about “Beti Bachao Beti Padao” but disrespects women, Indu Pawar said, while citing allegations of Priya Jaral and demanded impartial probe over BJP leader’s allegations.
Vandana Makhnotra, Santosh Sharma, Geeta Dogra, Reeta Kanojia, Bhupinder Kour, Sunita Rajput others participated in the protest.
