Jammu and Kashmir government has asked all the administrative secretaries to ensure a proper robust system in place for providing inputs about Jammu and Kashmir to parliament during Monsoon Session.
According to a circular issued by General Administrative Department, Administrative Secretaries necessitate putting in place an arrangement by the departments to enable furnishing of timely inputs to the concerned ministries in the Government of India during the period Administrative Secretaries are away from headquarters on ‘Back to Village’ Programme.
“Back to Village’ programme commencing from 20th June, 2019 is coinciding with the Monsoon Session of the Parliament. A number of questions pertaining to the state of Jammu and Kashmir are expected to come up during the session. The Administrative Secretaries will accordingly workout appropriate arrangements in their departments to ensure that inputs for various Parliamentary questions/business and other related matters are brought to their notice before submission to the concerned Ministries in Government of India.
“The above instructions are brought to the notice of all Administrative Secretaries for information and necessary action,” the circular said.
