Jammu and Kashmir government has asked all the administrative secretaries to ensure a proper robust system in place for providing inputs about Jammu and Kashmir to parliament during Monsoon Session.
According to a circular issued by General AdministrativeDepartment, Administrative Secretaries necessitate putting in place anarrangement by the departments to enable furnishing of timely inputs to theconcerned ministries in the Government of India during the periodAdministrative Secretaries are away from headquarters on ‘Back to Village’Programme.
“Back to Village’ programme commencing from 20th June, 2019is coinciding with the Monsoon Session of the Parliament. A number of questionspertaining to the state of Jammu and Kashmir are expected to come up during thesession. The Administrative Secretaries will accordingly workout appropriatearrangements in their departments to ensure that inputs for variousParliamentary questions/business and other related matters are brought to theirnotice before submission to the concerned Ministries in Government of India.
“The above instructions are brought to the notice of allAdministrative Secretaries for information and necessary action,” the circularsaid.
