Government of J&K, PHE, I&FC Department, has directed all state cadre officers to submit their Annual Performance Reports (APRs) to Administrative department by May 31.
Circularnumber 1, PHE, I&FC of 2019 Dated April 16 reads, “All the officials of thestate government are well aware of the fact that they are required to furnishtheir Annual Performance Reports (APRs) in the prescribed format. In this 2001General Administration Department has issued instructions regarding theprocedure for writing up, maintenance of Annual Performance Reports of GazettedOfficers.
“It is directed upon theall the officers working under administrative control of PHE, I&FCDepartment to comply the orders and submit their APRs of all state cadreemployees to the Administrative Department Human Resource Management of thedepartment in a prescribed format by or before the 31 of May 2019.”
