Health and Medical Education Department (H&MED) Thursday constituted a probe into alleged illegal and adverse entries made in the service books of a Medical Officer.
Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education Department, Atal Dulloo appointed Additional Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department Ghulam Nabi Bhat as inquiry officer to conduct the probe regarding the recording of illegal and adverse entries in the service book of Medical Officer, ISM Department, Dr Zahoor Ahmed Tantray.
Under Secretary in the Health and Medical Education Department Muhammad Abdullah would be the Presenting Officer for the inquiry.
The order says: “The inquiry officer will submit his report to the Administrative Department within month from the date of issuance of the government order.”
