In order to upgrade the skill of Pujaris engaged by Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB) and make their Pujan Vidhi updated, the board decided to organise a free of cost refresher course for Pujaris.
These Pujaris are also entrusted with imparting religiousinstructions and information to the pilgrims visiting the Shrine. According to an official statement, a two-day well-designed refreshercourse for Pujaris commenced on Saturday at Kalika Dham, Jammu. ProfessorVishva Murti Shastri, Member, Amarnathji Shrine Board & well knownSanskrit/Vedic Scholar and director, Mata Vaishno Devi Gurukul presided overthe refresher course, which is attended by 24 Pujaris.
