General Administration Department (GAD) today assigned additional charge of Administrative Secretary Forest, Ecology and Environment to Principal Secretary Home Shaleen Kabra.
In an order, the GAD ordered that Principal Secretary, Home Department, Shaleen Kabra, shall hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, in addition to his own duties, till Sarita Chauhan resumes her duties.
Besides, Secretary, J&K Board of School Education, Riyaz Ahmad, KAS, under orders of transfer as Additional District Development Commissioner, Srinagar and Additional Commissioner in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Manisha Sareen, KAS, under orders of transfer as Secretary, J&K Board of School Education, shall be deemed to have been relieved today to join at their new places of posting immediately.
Meanwhile, Incharge Chief Town Planner, Hamid Ahmad Wani, who was compulsorily retired from the services vide Government Order No. 882- GAD of 2015 Dated June 30, 2015 and subsequently reinstated vide Government Order No. 1051-GAD of 2019 dated September 26, 2019 in compliance to Supreme Court Judgement Dated July 2, 2019 in SLP titled State of J&K and others V/S Hamid Ahmad Wani, has been posted in the Housing and Urban Development Department, Civil Secretariat till further orders. The post of Chief Town Planner (CTP), Jammu Development Authority (JDA) has been transferred to the Administrative Department for a drawl of salary in favour of Hamid Ahmad Wani, Incharge Chief Town.
