The government Wednesday ordered transfer and positing of Deputy Commissioner, Relief Organisation (Migrants), Kashmir, Kuldeep Krishan Sidha, as officer on special duty with Advisor to the Lt Governor, Basheer Ahmed Khan.
An order said Sidha, who was also holding additional chargeof additional secretary in the winter secretariat has been transferred andposted as officer on special duty with Khan.
Principal, Revenue Training Institute, Srinagar, Syed SajadQadiri has been asked to hold additional charge of Deputy Commissioner, ReliefOrganisation (Migrants) till further orders.
Additional Commissioner in the office of DivisionalCommissioner, Kashmir, Bilal Ahmed Bhat shall look after the routine work ofwinter secretariat in addition to his own duties till further orders.
