The Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday accorded sanction to the promotion of Subash Chander Gupta as assistant executive engineer (Civil) PW (R&B) department.
“As recommended by the Jammu and Kashmir public service commission, sanction is hereby accorded to the promotion of Subash Chander Gupta as assistant executive engineer (Civil), PW(R&B) department, in the pay scale of Rs 9000-300-14100 (pre-revised), with effect from April 24, 1992,” a government order stated. “The above promotion is subject to outcome of writ petition(s) pending, if any, before the competent court(s) of law,” the order read.
