As part of the Baisakhi Festival 2019, the Department of Tourism today kick-started its three-day mega carnival to promote and showcase the traditional and cultural heritage of Jammu.
The cultural events are being held at Mubarak Mandi Jammu, Bagh-e-Bahu, Balidan Stambh and Jia Potha, Akhnoor.
