The General Administration Department today established a winter secretariat in Srinagar
The secretrait will start functioning from November 1, 2020 soon after the Annual Darbar Move to winter capital.
In an order, the GAD said the sanction to the establishment of Winter Secretariat was accorded with directions to the administrative secretaries to remain available at Civil Secretariat in Srinagar as per the roster.
