An avalanche hit Khandyal village of Gurez in Bandipora late on Thursday evening
“At least 15 residential houses have been hit by avalanche in Khandyal village,” said SSP Bandipora Rahul Malik . “So far there has been no report about of loss of life.”
The SSP said it was snowing in the area. “Police teams are there,” he said.
