“Police didn’t listen to me. I pleaded before them with folded hands. They have taken him to Jammu,” said Kahti, grandmother of Amir Shafi Bhat (18) of Kareemabad, Pulwama, in South Kashmir.
On Wednesday, Amir and another youth from the district were booked under Public Safety Act and shifted to Kot Bhilwal jail in Jammu.
