At least 23 students from this town complete the quarantine period on Saturday.

An official said the authorities had converted Sub-District Hospital Sopore as quarantine Centre for the students who had returned from Bangladesh and different parts of the country.

Block Medical Officer, Sopore, Dr Asif Khanday said the students were allowed to go home after completing the 14 days quarantine period.

“We advised them to stay in home quarantine for another 14 days as a precautionary measure,” Khanday said.
