Additional Director General of Police Security Muneer Ahmad Khan has issued orders for promotion of 264 personnel of Security Wing of J&K Police.
The Departmental Promotion Committee constituted under thechairmanship of Khan met on July 26 andcleared the promotions to 264 security personnel of various subordinate Unitsof Security Wing which includes four head constables, 256 selection gradeconstables and four constables.
Khan greeted all the promoted officials and impressed uponthem to work with dedication and devotion for the betterment and service ofsociety in general and Police Department in particular. Promoted officials haveexpressed their gratitude to the ADGP for issuance of their promotion order intime.
The DPC comprised of Staff Officer to ADGP Security SuneelRaj, Chief Prosecuting Officer SHQ Laeeq Ahmad Dar, AAO Mohd Rajab and SOEstablishment Altaf Hussain.
