Police on Monday seized 35 vehicles and fined 17 violators for defying government orders in Awantipora.
In a statement, police said that 35 vehicles across the district were seized for violating prohibitory orders issued by the administration.
Besides, 17 violators were fined for not wearing masks in different areas of Awantipora and fined to the tune of Rs 8,500.
