A total of 43 persons were arrested and 12 FIRs lodged while a fine of Rs 70,010 was also recovered from 480 people for violating COVID-19 lockdown guidelines across Kashmir on Friday, Police said.
It said 24 vehicles were also seized in Budgam and Baramulla for violating COVID-19 norms.
