The High Court on Tuesday directed the government to adhereto the policy with regard to supply of essential commodities to all subjects ofthe state.
Disposing of public interest litigation by Jammu and KashmirHigh Court Bar Association, a division bench of High Court directed theauthorities concerned to adhere to the policy pertaining to essentialcommodities to all subjects of the state.
“We propose to dispose of the instant PIL with direction torespondents to adhere to the policy with reference to supply of essentialcommodities to all subjects of the State,” the bench said.
