Apni Party Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir Wednesday expressed deep shock and grief over the human causalities and damages caused by the heavy snowfall that has virtually thrown normal life out of gear.
In a statement issued here, Mir censured the administration for its “dismal response” to the exigencies of winter and urged the government to take immediate measures to bring the normal life back on tracks.
