Continuing anti- encroachment drive against illegal land grabbers a team of Revenue officers led by Tehsildar, Kulgam, Ali Muhammad today started anti-encroachment drive at village Kaharvath and retrieved 12 Kanals of encroached land.
Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat has given clear directions to the Revenue Department to retrieve the encroached land. Regarding the development of the said land, DC Kulgam said that the retrieved land will be developed as a play field for sports activities.
He further warned the encroachers and urged public at large to report about such cases .
