The family members of J&K Anjuman-E-Sharie Shian, President Aga Syed Hassan Mosavi Al-Safavi on Tuesday said that despite the High Court order he was not being allowed to move out of the district.
The family said he has been kept under illegal detention and was not allowed to perform his religious obligations. They said he was not allowed to go and attend the religious ceremonies as well.
