On the 9th day of the ongoing Amarnath Yatra, at least 9,541 pilgrims paid obeisance at the cave shrine. Till date 1,21,196 Yatris have paid obeisance at the Amarnath shrine.
An official statement said tow critically ill pilgrims werealso evacuated by helicopter today from Panjtarni. While Radha Devi was broughtto Baltal base hospital Ramesh Kakde was shifted to SKIMS, Srinagar forspecialized treatment.
So far nine critically sick pilgrims have been air evacuatedby the Shrine Board for immediate specialized treatment.
