On the 7th day of the ongoing Amarnath Yatra, 14,293 pilgrims paid obeisance at the Holy Cave, an official spokesman saidi Till date, 95,923 Yatris had the darshan of the Shivling at the Holy Cave.
Meanwhile, a 42-year-old Amarnath pilgrim from Gujarat diedat a hospital here on Sunday, days after paying obeisance at the 3,880-metre atthe cave shrine in southern Himalayas, a police official said.
He identified the deceased pilgrim Ankit Kumar. “The body of the deceased has been shifted tothe mortuary and his kin have been informed,” the official added.
