Deputy Inspector General, CKR, V K Birdi on Saturday reviewed security arrangements of all the transit camps locations at , Manigam, base camp Baltal, Domail besides reviewed the sanitisation of road stretch from Pandach up to Baltal and other neighbouring hinterlands, a police spokesman said.
He said that the DIGwas accompanied by SSP Ganderbal, KhalilAhmad Poswal, and other senior officers. The SSP Ganderbal Khalil AhmadPoswal briefed the DIG in detail about security arrangements being made for theupcoming yatra and highlighted various concerns regarding which the securityforces have been sensitised.
