People’s Democratic Party’s Zonal President from Habba Kadal constituency has tendered his resignation to PDP chief Mehbooba.
“Madam, I am writing to let you know that I have decided to resign from Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as Zonal President of Habakadal assembly constituency as well as its primary membership, effective this day,” Jeelani Kumar said in his resignation letter addressed to Mehbooba.
He added: “In view of the present political circumstances especially the way party leadership is running its affairs, I hereby tender resignation from my basic membership of the PDP.”
