Army Camp Kalgai organised an educational assistance program at Government Primary School at Jhula village.
At the programme the army distributed training aids andstationery items to help the school provide better learning opportunities toits students and to boost the morale of the young minds, an army handout said.
“Army is committed to enhance the already existing literacyinitiatives by developing a mutual understanding between Jawan and Awaamthrough such initiatives. The event was well received and students and teachersof school appreciated the gesture,” the handout said.
It said the army continues to “make efforts to develop astrong sense of responsibility in the young minds towards the nation and theirown future.”
