Army soldier wounded in cross-LoC sniper fire in north Kashmir’s Kupwara

News agency GNS quoting a police officer reported that several rounds were fired from across the LoC at the posts of army’s 17 JAKLI in Machhil around 1:05 pm.

Army soldier wounded in cross-LoC sniper fire in north Kashmir’s Kupwara

An army soldier was wounded in sniper fire from across the Line of Control (LoC) in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Monday.

News agency GNS quoting a police officer reported that several rounds were fired from across the LoC at the posts of army’s 17 JAKLI in Machhil around 1:05 pm.

A soldier, it said, was injured in the incident who was shifted to military hospital Drugmulla for treatment.
