A complete shutdown is being observed on Thursday in a village of central Kashmir’s Budgam district where four civilians were killed in forces' firing two years ago.

Four civilians - Muhammad Ashraf Wani, Manzoor Ahmad Lone, Javid Ahmad Najam, and Javid Ahmad Sheikh - were killed in forces' firing on this day two years ago.

An eye witness said that all the shops and business establishments remained closed in the area while public transport was off the roads.
