Showkat Aijaz Bhat Friday assumed charge as Deputy Commissioner Kulgam.
Bhat was welcomed by all the officers of the districtadministration and will serve a second term as Deputy Commissioner of thedistrict. A farewell function was also organized by the administration for theoutgoing DC Dr Shamim Ahmad Wani.
SSP Kulgam, ADDC, ADC, ACR, ACD and all district officersand officers from the police department were also present on the occasion.
