'BOSE to ensure smooth annual exams'

Secretary BOSE, Prof Veena Pandit issued certain directions during a meeting held today, urging officials to take all measures for conducting exams in a smooth and fair atmosphere

Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (BOSE) authorities Friday said Board is making all arrangements to ensure that annual exams scheduled to be held in March are conducted in free and smooth manner.

“Secretary BOSE, Prof Veena Pandit issued certain directions during a meeting held today, urging officials to take all measures for conducting exams in a smooth and fair atmosphere,” said BOSE spokesperson in a statement today.
 

“The meeting also discussed problems that could occur due to bad weather during conducting of the exams in March. It was also observed that roads leading to Kargil, Zanskar, Gurez, Karnah could be closed due to accumulated snow. Secretary ensured that with the help of state government, all material would be supplied to all centres in these areas by using choppers,” he added.
