BSF ASI injured as India, Pakistan armies trade fire along LoC in Poonch

An assistant sub-inspector of the Border Security Force(BSF) was injured after the armies of India and Pakistan exchanged fire lastnight in KG sector of Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.

The ASI, identified as Satyapal Singh, was injured after a shellfired from across the LoC landed on a forward post in Balnoi area of KrishnaGhati sector.

   

Singh was referred to Rajouri hospital for advancedtreatment where his condition is said to be stable.
