All Parties Sikh Coordination Committee Kashmir has strongly condemned the alleged rape of a 3-year old girl in Bandipora.
Terming the incident as a heinous crime, the committee hasdemanded exemplary punishment to the culprit.
“This case is the fittest case to be registered under POCSOagainst the accused,” said committee chairman Jagmohan Singh Raina in astatement.”I appreciate Governor Satya Pal Malik and otherofficials of government for swift action,” he said.
