All Parties Sikh Coordination Committee Kashmir has strongly condemned the alleged rape of a 3-year old girl in Bandipora.
Terming the incident as a heinous crime, the committee has demanded exemplary punishment to the culprit.

“This case is the fittest case to be registered under POCSO against the accused,” said committee chairman Jagmohan Singh Raina in a statement. “I appreciate Governor Satya Pal Malik and other officials of government for swift action,” he said.
