Security forces on Wednesday launched a cordon and search operation in Midoora village of south Kashmir’s Awantipora police district.
Locals and police sources said, on Wednesday morning forceslaunched cordon in the village following the inputs about the presence ofmilitants.
They said that forces conducted house-to-house searches.
Jammu & Kashmir Police, Army’s Rashtriya Rifles (RR) andCentral Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jointly launched the operation.
