Chandigarh University, Mohali on Friday signed an MoU with TCS to offers CSBS programme to the students in the upcoming batch.
Computer Science and Business Systems or CSBS is a 4 years undergraduate program on Computer Science designed by the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in partnership with leading academicians across India to address the growing need of engineering talent with skills in digital technology, according to a statement issued by the Chandigarh University.
The MoU was signed by Dr RS Bawa, Vice Chancellor, Chandigarh University and Ranjan Bandyopadhyay, Global Vice President – Human Resources, TCS.
As part of the MoU, TCS will support Chandigarh University by training and developing their faculty, organising guest lectures by expert practitioners from the industry, andby engaging in continuous assessment of the students. Additionally, TCS will also offer internship to select students undergoing this program and involve them in meaningful projects to provide first-hand exposure to the real-life business problem.
