North zone secretary of National Conference advocate Nazir Malik on Thursday expressed deep displeasure over what he said, ” the rot that has lent a death blow to the progress” of entire Bandipora constituency since past few decades.
In a statement Malik said that “incompetent representatives in assembly and their continuous tussle has hurt developmental of the constituency.”Â
“The former legislators who have represented the Bandipora constituency for long periods have ensured that their tussle has pushed Bandipora towards stone age,” he said, adding that “in today’s Bandipora every institution stands destroyed and it will take years to fix the mess. Even the basic food needs of common man in Bandipora are not met. A resident of Bandipora is not able to get his genuine work done from any department,” he added.
