J&K administration has temporarily converted two Indoor stadiums into wellness centers for COVID 19 patients with J&K State Sports Council keeping its 13 facilities at the disposal of the administration.
Among the 13 facilities made available, the administrationhas already converted two multi-purpose indoor facilities into the wellnesscenters in Kashmir while as work has started on converting Indoor Hall MAStadium in Jammu.
The Sheri-Kashmir Indoor Stadium in Srinagar has beenconverted into 120 bed quarantine facility while as newly built BaramullaIndoor Stadium has been converted into 100-bedded facility. The work on MAStadium Jammu has already started and within next couple of days that facilitywill also be available to cater to around 100 beds.
