Amid the ongoing lockdown, the NGO, Anjuman Sher-i-Sheyan, J&K on Wednesday donated 120 essential kits for doctors and 10 kits for media personal at the office of Deputy Commissioner here.
The kits were handed over to district administration, inpresence of Syed Mohammad Yaseen, Coordinator, NGO, for distribution amonghealth workers.
The administration welcomed the appreciable step taken bythe NGO and appealed people to come forward to help the needy.
The Coordinator appealed people to stay indoors and followrestrictions imposed for their safety.
He said people must not be panicked and should insteadfollow advisories and precautionary measures issued by doctors and healthexperts.
