Vice-Chancellor Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) Prof Javed Mussara on Tuesday held a video conference with senior functionaries of the varsity to review preparedness to fight COVID19.
Prof Musarrat saidcomprehensive planning and continued efforts were imperative to breaktransmission of infection.
TheVice Chancellor said the University has already implemented various advisoriesissued by MHRD, UGC and Health departments to ensure health and safety ofvarious stake holders.
Prof Musaarat orderedrelease of Rs 5 lakh grant in favour of the health centre of the University forprocuring face masks, sanitizers and other such items for making them availablefor the Students and staff of the University.
