A CRPF man died of cardiac arrest in Sopore area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday, an official said.
The official said that the CRPF man was on duty Saturday morning when he fell unconscious. He was rushed to the 177 Bn Headquarters Sopore from where he was shifted to Srinagar for specialised treatment.
“However, he died at the Srinagar hospital today afternoon,” the official said.
